In the Search Box labeled “Enter Key Word or ID” type RIN 0790–AI58.

When the search comes back, the HAP is in the search result box. Note the comments hypertext to the right.

    Thank you for keeping this information posted. It is very important Service Members and those who have information to support needed changes to HAP continue to post comments to the Federal Register.

    There was a big meeting in D.C. on Friday, Dec. 11th, to review comments for changes to the Interim Rule. Comments close January 15th, 2010- OSD expects to release final rule for publish within days of comments closing.

    Thanks Denise for giving us additional information about it. But, why is the comments being closed? What is happening?
