The Military Officers Association of America is the nation’s largest and most influential association of military officers. It is an independent, nonprofit, politically nonpartisan organization.

    Went to page one. You can type in 189 at top of page, hit enter, and enlarge page 189 to 100% to read and copy.

    Looks like it is a reduction in benefits over the years to hurt us.
    This is a DOD recommendation.

    What is MOAA’s position? Is MOAA making the legislative letters and addresses available, soon?
