You ask a good question. If your wife has since found employment in your new state and is working, it is unlikely she receive compensation for lost wages.

Is this retroactive or not? I move to california and my wife had to leave her job. Did not get a job for 7 months?

Great Question. Apply for unemployment compensation in the state where you were employed, not the state you are moving to. Every state has different requirements that must be met in order to receive unemployment compensation. Check with your state for the specific requirements.

This is true for most of the Booz Allen Hamilton Organization, but, not the analytics portion of the San Antonio office… I wish it was… I love working for Booz Allen, but, the analytics portion of the San Antonio office is not pro military spouse. It is depressing.
