The Military Officers Association of America is the nation’s largest and most influential association of military officers. It is an independent, nonprofit, politically nonpartisan organization.
With about 370,000 members from every branch of service – including active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, former officers, and their families – we are a powerful force speaking for a strong national defense and representing the interests of military officers at every stage of their careers.
MOAA’s highest priority is providing first-class service to our members. We are the leading voice on compensation and benefit matters for all members of the military community. We provide expert advice and guidance to our members.

Another addendum re: my dad
He was also a HAM radio operator!
His callsign was KB4UXL. Now his youngest daughter, me! is a HAM radio operator with the call sign KF4LHH, I got the call sign when I lived in Georgia in 1996! I have kept
it since I moved up here, because I’m
proud of my home state! LOL! I roped my husband into becoming one,
too. His call sign is KB1JOC! We have
a 20 year old son, named Brandon, whom we adopted when he was just
a year old! He is our heart!
Have fun on your journeys, I’m like
my dad, I want to get me something and go traveling, too! Even if it’s a
Conestoga Wagon with horses!!LOL!
